In one way or another, 2021 has been challenging for us all. Now the year is drawing to a close and the festive season is upon us.

Opening hours during the festive season

Our offices are closed from Friday 24 December 2021, 12.00 p.m. to Friday 31 December 2021, 5.00 p.m.

In urgent cases, our hotlines are available on the following days in the morning: 27.12.2021 to 31.12.2021, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Our import and export inspection certificate services and our online services will also be maintained on those days.
