Invitation to the "EBC Guidelines Version 10.1" Webinar | | EBC Guidelines Version 10.1 | | After more than 10 years of development work, the EBC guidelines were published a few days ago in the new version 10.1. As always, the publication was preceded by a careful coordination process in which the various items of feedback were incorporated diligently. We would like to thank all those involved for their valuable suggestions and proposals.
In version 10.1 there are some significant changes, these mainly concern: | | - Chapter 3: Introduction of certification classes
- Chapter 4: Permissible biomasses
- Chapter 5: Defining batches and inspection dates
- Chapter 7.7: Introduction of WHC and solids EC (Chapter 7.9) as mandatory analyses, BET is no longer mandatory
- Chapter 7.12: A long, hugely important chapter on PAHs, which puts the whole system on a firm and more understandable footing and makes it compliant with EU REACH.
- Chapter 10.3. The separation of foreign substances is no longer directly controlled by EBC, but outsourced to the actual feed certifiers
