CLOUD Project | | Dear colleagues! | | | | We would like to keep you informed and up to date about our joint CLOUD project with these, now monthly newsletters.
EASY-CERT group AG (ECG) launched the CLOUD project with the aim of redesigning ECG services for customers, partners and employees. | | | Our CLOUD is a collection point for different modules - in other words sub-programmes - which fulfil very specific tasks. Instead of scattered services, all services should be accessible in one portal. Some of these modules are already developed, some are in the process of being completed and some are in the planning stage.
| | Who is developing the CLOUD? | | | Our CLOUD is developed by ourselves, together with a software company. So we don't use a ready-made solution from an external provider. This has the advantage that we can design it the way we want and need it.
| | | Employees, controllers and customers will all be able to use the CLOUD . So our customers will also have access to the CLOUD and can use the modules that are relevant to them.
| | What does the CLOUD look like for a user? | | | Our CLOUD is a website for the users - i.e. our CLOUD can be accessed via the internet using a browser. By subsequently logging in with access data, different modules - i.e. small sub-programmes - are available to the users. Which modules are visible, depends on the assigned rights and roles.

„The framework forms the framework of the cloud module solutions. The individual cloud modules are integrated into the framework, guaranteeing a central web entry point for all clients and staff!“
COI/ TC
„Since spring last year, work has been underway in cooperation with a company from the Netherlands to develop an application for issuing transaction certificates and the associated quantity flow control, which is to become part of the cloud solution.“
EASY-CERT meets easylearn
„Since June of last year, the "Academy" project has been set up for the ECG across the company, which brings many internal advantages, e.g. for onboarding processes, training, administrative expenses and can also provide customers and interested parties with learning content.“

| | | The CLOUD will provide both our clients and our staff with a bundle of tools to meet the challenges of the future.
This contemporary software solution will simplify processes and serve as a one-stop shop for solutions.
