UPDATE INFORMATION FOR THE 2024 SEASON | | 1 Reminder of Data Sheet / OSP submission | | | The new season has commenced, and we have already received numerous Data Sheets / OSPs for review. If you haven't yet sent them, we kindly request you to do so as soon as possible. | | | We kindly request that if you are submitting a retroactive recognition request (RRR), please explicitly mention it in your email submission. This will help expedite the handling of the process. | | | Recently bio.inspecta developed a new service of inputs used in organic agriculture for producers and traders.
All inputs that have been inspected and evaluated can be accessed through the online product search. For each individual input, as well as for all inputs of a company, a product confirmation can be generated independently. The search is freely accessible and available in English. This transparent system significantly contributes to the safety of organic agriculture.

Please find the updated regulatory text below: | | | §205.404 (b) The certifying agent must issue a certificate of organic operation. The certificate of organic operation must be generated from the Organic Integrity Database and may be provided to certified operations electronically. | | | With the changes in the regulation, certification bodies can no longer create certificates of organic operation using their own formats. Generating certificates in USDA’s Organic Integrity Database will ensure consistent formatting and information, making it easier for Certification bodies and operations to verify suppliers, products, and ingredients.
On 20.03.2024 USDA issued all NOP Certificates via USDA’s Organic Integrity Database. Please use following link to enter USDA’s Organic Integrity Database.
