Changes in our General Terms and Conditions as from 01.06.2024
We have amended the General Terms and Conditions in the following points:
General standardization of terms
the "certification bodies" are now called "bodies". The "inspectors/certifiers" are referred to "personnel" for short. The inspected norms and standards have been standardized with the terms standards/guidelines.
IV. Rights and obligations of the client:
Infringements and reporting of infringements: the procedure has been added
Disclosure of certification documents and misuse of the certificate has been reworded
Tariffs/payment
have been adjusted in terms of value protection
The use of the trademarks
was defined in more detail in point V.
Data protection
was included under point VIII. Confidentiality and data protection
