News: Introduction of the new Biochar Tool

Dear customers and partners

We are delighted to inform you that our new Biochar tool has been in use for several weeks now and has passed its first practical tests with flying colors. We would now like to start the operational launch together with you.

Biochar Tool

You will receive an e-mail in the next few days/weeks with which you can book a Biochar Tool Introduction call. Your access credentials will be sent in advance in a separate e-mail.

During the introductory meeting, we will be happy to introduce you to the Biochar tool and its functions and work with you to enter your first batch. In order for you to be able to continue working without interruption, we will transfer the data of active batches from the previous EBC portal for you. You can then create subsequent batches, e.g. from 1.9.2024, directly in the new tool yourself.

We have prepared a training course to help you. You can find the training course on our training platform – the Academy, which is available to you in the EASY-CERT Cloud with the same login.

We are looking forward to the migration process and the introduction of the new modern tool and hope to be able to offer you a pleasant and simple user experience.
