Changes in the billing modalities:

To ensure that we can continue to provide you with a high level of service, we have adjusted our payment terms. We would therefore ask you to make an advance payment of 80% based on the invoices of the previous year.
This is necessary as we face significant costs as part of our services, such as covering auditor and travel costs. At the same time, the advance payment serves to maintain our liquidity and enable us to offer you a reliable service in the long term.
Your satisfaction remains our top priority and we thank you for your understanding and support with this adjustment. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please note that we will align our planning with the prepayment. The auditor will only be assigned to conduct the audit after the payment has been received
