New Version of Rainforest Alliance and Audit Planing

Dear Customers,

As previously communicated, starting from October 1st, 2025, the new version of the Rainforest Alliance Standard for both:

• Supply Chain
• Farms

has come into effect.

In addition, there has been a change to the verification level system. The previous A–E classification is now replaced with a different verification level system:

• Level A – no audit, Endorsement Certificate
• Level B – on site audit every 3 years
• Level C – on site audit every 2 years

The assigned verification level (B or C) will determine the frequency of your Rainforest Alliance audits.

If you are in the 2nd or 3rd year of your certification cycle in 2025 and have received your new verification level, we kindly ask you to forward this information to us.
Based on the verification level, we will inform you whether an audit is required in 2025.

Please note that as of October 1st, 2025, all audits must be conducted on-site.
