New Head of Agriculture Division at bio.inspecta AG, Frick/Switzerland

Dear Madam, dear Sir, Nicole Sozzi, current head of our Agriculture Division, is expecting her third child in February 2019 and will therefore no longer be performing her present tasks.

Martin Schmutz will be the new head of our Agriculture Division as of 1 March 2019. Martin Schmutz holds a degree in agricultural sciences from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology ETH, is 52 years old, married and the father of three children. Formerly a teacher and consultant, Mr Schmutz was long the director of Landwirtschaftliches Zentrum Liebegg, a leading Swiss centre of competence for agriculture and food. He went on to head the education division of the Swiss Farmers‘ Union.

With his deep understanding of agriculture, we are delighted to have found in Martin Schmutz an individual with the essential capabilities to head our Agriculture Division. bio.inpecta’s management board wishes to thank Nicole Sozzi most warmly for her many years of commitment as head of division, and wishes her all the best for her future activities. The management board welcomes Martin Schmutz heartily, and hopes for the new board member that he finds his work here successful and satisfying.
