The symposium is an established conference for the still young biochar industry. Under the motto «Everything but wood», this year's focus will be on the topic of input materials for pyrolysis: Which biogenic residues beyond wood are already being used successfully? What applications have proven successful for the biochar obtained in this way? Are there any technical innovations?
There will be 15 exciting lectures by international speakers, including simultaneous translation. Prof. Dr. Claudia Kammann, the renowned climate scientist, and Gerald Dunst, managing director of Sonnenerde GmbH, will be keynote speakers at the conference.
In addition, there will be an excursion to the composting plant in Darmstadt, a poster session and a small exhibition area of the sponsoring partners, where a personal exchange –also with the CSI team – is possible: |
