Cognito will be deactivated by May 30th - New Tool for GOTS TC Applications | | | We’re excited to announce the launch of our new cloud module Orders designed to streamline the application process for GOTS Transaction Certificates (TCs). | | | The module will be available from today on (27.05.2026). | | Please note that Cognito will be shut down on 30.05.2026 and will no longer be available! | | This is what the module Orders offers you: | | - Simplified Process: Seamless integration with our internal database makes handling faster and more efficient.
- User-Friendly Login: Client data is accessible via secure login, reducing repeated data entry.
- Smart Data Storage: Previously entered data is retained for future applications, saving you time.
- Convenient Copy Functions: Easily replicate data for similar or repeated applications.
| | How to get started with the module Orders: | | - You have already received a Welcome E-Mail from info@easy-cert.cloud with your access data last year in July or during onboarding.
- You can access the module via https://idp.easy-cert.cloud/Login
- If you have already created your account, you can use the same credentials to access the module Orders to apply for GOTS TCs.
- If you haven’t logged in yet, the temporary password has now expired. In this case, please use the “Forgot Password” button; you will then receive another email where you can set a new password right away. Please note that this link is only valid for a short time (approx. 10 minutes)
| | - If you are a Facility and not the Certificate holder, you don´t have to create an account. In case you need “selling on behalf”, you can contact your Main Facility and they will provide you access to their account.
- In the Cloud Module we will provide a user guide that helps you understand how the module works. By clicking the “Help” button located on the left side of the page, you will access a short training.
