加强中欧检查认证领域战略合作

谨以此官方通讯函，我们很高兴向大家分享双方组织深化合作的重要战略动态。自 2018 年起，上海传信认证有限公司（TTC）成为德国 CERES（CERES Group，官网：www.ceres-cert.de）值得信赖的合作伙伴。总部位于瑞士的 EASY-CERT集团（EASY-CERT group AG，简称 ECG，官网：www.easy-cert.com）是CERES全资控股股东。

当前市场环境充满挑战，为进一步夯实全球服务网络、为客户创造更大价值，TTC 首席执行官樊青先生近期赴欧洲维也纳，与CERES及EASY-CERT集团高层管理团队会晤，敲定双方长期战略发展核心方向。

1. 股权战略合作升级
瑞士EASY-CERT集团（ECG）与TTC已签署合作协议，TTC正式成为EASY-CERT集团股东。
在首席执行官樊青先生带领专业团队深耕下，TTC 拥有深厚的全球认证行业从业经验，对中国认证市场监管体系、行业发展趋势及企业实际需求，具备深刻洞察与丰富实操经验。
本次股权战略合作，将进一步完善EASY-CERT集团全球业务布局，助力集团深耕中国市场、实现深度本土化发展。

2. 独家战略合作与业务扩容
EASY-CERT集团将与TTC保持独家战略合作关系，双方联合服务版图将持续扩容，新增气候治理及碳清除服务等业务板块。
樊青先生正式出任CERES新设战略指导委员会核心委员。该委员会由集团全球管理层及核心合作伙伴共同组成。
战略指导委员会作为集团专业咨询机构，旨在强化集团总部与全球合作伙伴之间的协同联动及战略统一，在集团整体战略制定、运营规范落地等方面发挥关键核心作用。

Since 2018, Shanghai Trust Transfer Certification Co., Ltd. (TTC) has been a trusted partner of the CERES Group (www.ceres-cert.de). EASY-CERT group AG (ECG), headquartered in Switzerland (www.easy-cert.com), is the 100% holding shareholder of CERES Group.

Against a challenging market backdrop, and to further consolidate our global service network and create greater value for clients, Mr. Fan Qing, CEO of TTC, recently visited Vienna, Europe. He held in-depth meetings with the senior management of CERES and ECG to finalize the core direction of long-term strategic development.

1. Strategic Equity Partnership

EASY-CERT group AG (ECG) and TTC have signed a formal cooperation agreement, whereby TTC has officially become a shareholder of ECG.

Led by CEO Mr. Fan Qing and its professional team, TTC possesses profound experience in the global certification industry. It has in-depth insights and rich practical expertise in China’s certification market regulatory system, industry trends and enterprise demands.

This strategic equity partnership will further optimize ECG’s global business layout and support its in-depth localized development in China.

2. Exclusive Strategic Partnership & Business Expansion

ECG will maintain an exclusive strategic partnership with TTC. The joint service portfolio will be continuously expanded, including new business segments such as climate governance and carbon removal services.

Mr. Fan Qing Appointed Core Member of CERES Group Steering Committee
Mr. Fan Qing has officially been appointed as a core member of the newly established CERES Group Steering Committee. The Committee is composed of the Group’s global management and key worldwide partners.

As a professional advisory body, the Steering Committee aims to strengthen collaboration and strategic alignment between the headquarters and global partners. It plays a pivotal role in group strategy formulation and the implementation of operational standards.
